1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of almond milk (or rice milk)
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 tbsp maple syrup
Small handfull of almonds (soaked over night)
Small handfull of dried cranberries
extra almond (or rice) milk to serive
- Put the oats, chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla essence in a bowl.
- Place the bowl in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, add the toppings you want and you’re good to go!
Some of the toppings I like include:
Pecan nuts; chopped banana; chopped strawberries; sliced rasberries; pumpkin seeds. The combinations and toppings are endless!
